This cozy little restaurant in the heart of Mt Lawley serves up freshly cooked meals in an open kitchen setting. It's best to arrive before 6 PM, as it tends to get quite busy. They also offer takeout. I highly recommend the soft shell crab! They have a “build your own dish” option with a variety of rice, noodles, meats, and sauces to choose from. The satay chicken with noodles is a personal favorite. It's also kid-friendly, featuring a bowl of egg noodles with oyster sauce for just $2.50! They have a BYO alcohol policy with no corkage fee. The average meal price ranges from $13 to $16 per person, and we always find ourselves bringing home leftovers.
I have been a number of times and can't recall a bad meal. Both the rice and noodle dishes are tasty and the vegetables always crispy and fresh. <br/ <br/ But increasingly the food is taking longer and longer to come out, even if the store is not busy. Even before Uber Eats started dominating, that was an issue. <br/ <br/ So, I'd still go for their Kuey Teow but not if in a rush.
Trusty and reliable. This has been a go to take away spot for me for many years now and it never disappoints. Diners can always guarantee honest favours and generous portions. I sincerely hope you'll consider reintroducing the Ramen Noodle Soup with Teriyaki Chicken; the menu just feels incomplete without it. I've always enjoyed dining here, but I've noticed that the dishes have been saltier than usual lately. Nevertheless, I'm giving it a 4-star rating because it's still a great value.
Ordered through UrberEats. Fantastic place that rung me up after ordering to let me know my choice wasn't gluten free and accommodated me with something different. Awesome! Food was absolutely delicious just wish they were open on Sunday. Thank you!
Solid little byo Asian place that's spans all food genres. Ordered the pad Thai, was a little bland, and honestly probably not the best thing to get here. The laksa was alright, but I think the real winners are the fried noodles. Would come again.
This is a nice place that serves tasty mixed Asian dishes. While some of the dishes have a somewhat Western interpretation, the team does a solid job overall. The appetizers aren't really worth trying, but the main courses are consistently good. Book a table now
Great, fresh and tasty food. Good price too. Had the make your own noodles with beef and Asian BBQ sauce. Yum! My wife has beef and Szechuan sauce, also yum.Dinned in, staff were helpful and service was quick. BYO as well.
