This is a typical Austrian restaurant with a small hotel. The decor of old wood and traditional. Server was at the point, take the beer order and back for ordering the meal and no empty conversation. The meal I ordered was a hearty bowl of pork, sauerkraut and potatoes with a fried egg above. Many people eat this dish after a day of skiing. It was excellent. Of course the beer was great.
on a day we ordered a spatula dish.For the 4 bars spatula, the small kartoffels and the three slices of cooked ham (honey ham was called it) and a little bit of a flowery butter was not acceptable. Another dish on another evening was very good and plentiful. it tasted very good and there was the price-performance ratio. also the corresponding suppenings that were offered.
we were traveling as a group and had a great seating place and were served by the very friendly staff of the gösserbräu. the foods were rich, excellent and very tasty. Furthermore, sprinkling and salt-rods were passed. the beer and the other drinks were also excellent. we experienced a rustic and super mood in the local!
after a stop in Wels, howl our hotel restaurant had closed, we ate in the beer garden. the food was nothing extraordinary. good average. the beer garden is quite nice. the service was o.k. when you look at the fact that we had to ask the waiter about the bill several times. Book a table now
visited the local with joyful to midday before we visited the christkindl market.The eating was at best moderate, the service relatiw slow and the atmosphere very loud and already filled to midday by apparently slightly drowned guests.
