I'm only giving two stars because the crepes are really good…but not the hours. Each week they constantly change their hours and days, it's ridiculous. If I don't update myself on their hours, then I have the chance to go and they would be closed. I just don't understand. No other creperies do this. Last time I checked.. their new hours only consist Monday from 7 am to 7 30 am…huh???? Otherwise, they are closed the rest of the week. We braved the rain and went to the farmers market and had gotta be crepes for the first time today! And we couldn’t believe the freshness and how tasty it was! Super Delicious! Even after our walk home it was incredible! Not to mention Ethan was so kind and such a pleasure to talk to! The team was also very sweet and helpful! Thank you guys can’t wait to be back! Fantastic crepes! We picked up the ham and cheese, Buffalo chicken and s’mores crepes at the farmers market today. Everything was excellent and it was a pleasure chatting with one of the owners, Ryan, while waiting in line. Definitely will get again!
Every single time that we have had Gotta B Crepes it has been amazing! Honestly the food, and the employees are always so great! My kids look forward to the farmer markets and Fridays to see Ryan and crew along with enjoying good food!

I've been to their stall at the Schaumburg Farmer's Market a number of times, and each time was fantastic. The owners are always kind, attentive, and care for each of the orders. Their crepes never disappoint. 10/10 Would Recommend
My favorite restaurant in all of Evanston! Fresh, creative crepes- savory and sweet. I’ve never had a dish that wasn’t wonderful. Please tell me you aren’t closing the store permanently!
Got a seasonal crepe made to order at the farmers market. Absolutely phenomenal, and this place is owned by the nicest and generous couple. Highly recommend!
