We were seated promptly and our server was great! Chef comes out 30 minutes later (obviously drunk). He was staggering and swaying the entire time. He then proceeds to spill yum yum sauce all over the entire area. He then cooked everyone at the tables steak at the same temperature even though they were supposed to be different temperatures. He somehow managed to give us raw steak that was also burned. Fried Rice was crunchy and had a piece of plastic in it, noodles tasted like WD40. The shrimp was so overcooked that it was literally black. Chicken was undercooked. He missed the trash can with every egg shell but somehow did manage to get one in his hat. My friend, myself, and my daughter came in for lunch, there was nobody in there so we sat at the hibachi tables, ordered our food, got our drinks and appetizer, probably 25 minutes into being there the chef still didn’t come out and there was a group of 6 more people that got sat with us at that time, by the time they ordered and got their soups and salads, we had already sat there for 53 minutes waiting on our lunch. Ended up canceling our meal and left because even after 53 minutes the cook was still not out.
Went here for our anniversary on 3/24/2023. The food was great. the only issue was that the salad had too much sauce, and the greens tasted only of cucumber. I had the steak and scallops hibachi, and my wife had the steak and chicken. The presentation was great, and the server never let us run dry on drinks. We definitely will return. The restaurant was clean and inviting in spite of being very busy. Price was affordable but by no means cheap. If you're a fan of Hibachi, this is a must stop in Ocala!
Sushi and food was amazing. Service leaves something to be desired. Seemed like he didn't want to be there so had very down like attitude and demeanor. Love the atmosphere very cozy and inviting.Food: 5/5
