WOW! the ice cream here is so DELICIOUS! I had a Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip ice cream on a cone. It tasted really good. It was creamy and tasted like real peanut butter. I loved the chunks of chocolate chip in the ice-cream, they were larger than the regular chocolate chip you find in other places. My wife got a Black Cherry ice-cream on a cone as well. It was savory and had chunks of cherry. Also had a creamy texture and delicious flavor. I didn 't like that they put the cone on a cup. Yes, they have their chocolate here, unlike Northbrook, this is a Kosher shop. You really need to get some bucket balls, and strawberry chocolate chip is special this month. There's always something going over the street in Hubbard Woods. I hope they'll be back in the park concerts on Wednesdays. Growing in Cincinnati makes me a big fan. But living in Aurora, I need to open a shop too fast in the western graves.
The ice cream was mediocre at best. Half of my ice cream seemed very crystallized like it had freezer burn. The employee who helped us rolled his eyes and acted like he didn?t even want to be there while serving us because we asked for an extra cone. I think we will keep trying other places before coming back here again.
We love Graeters! But this place had very rude management. An employee rolled his eyes when I asked for a sample for my children, and then continued to tell another employee that “we should calculate for them”. We heard several other rude interactions in the time we eat.

It was pretty good ice cream. It sounded more intriguing in the description of malted milk ice cream with pretzels and brownies, but it was just okay. Nothing to complain about, but it just wasn’t crazy good.
Great friendly service, fantastic candy. They have several no sugar added kinds which is what my parents and I eat. They just need to make some individual cream filled/truffles in a no sugar added variety.
My boys love coming here! The service is always fast and personal. The staff is attentive and patient as my boys decide what they want. It is always clean and the ice is delicious!!!
