I LOVE Graeter?s ice cream, and am never disappointed there. But? today I walk into the Bexley location, it smells horrible. No clue if it was the bathroom, something in the back spoiling, but incredibly unappetizing. I decide to go ahead and order, I?llbe out of the smell quickly. Place my order?. L O N G pause, oh, I can?t get in the cooler for that flavor. Young man stands andstares. Settle on a flavor, he goes to making my order. I decide to purchase my husband a hat, he loves hats. Sign says $10.95.Guy at counter hands me my milk shake, which has ice cream running down the side, rings up hat for $12.95. I point to the sign,he says oh, that must be the price for the old hats. My ice cream was ok, but it was a bit like frozen milk rather than a smooth, sweet ice cream. It just didn't have a sweet taste to it. The sweetness it did have came from the chocolate chips and cookie dough that was in it. Plus, when it melted, it was very runny, not creamy like a good ice cream. Johnson's ice cream is down a few blocks, and they have much better ice cream. We only came to Graeter's in the first place because the line was way shorter (but I see why now). Graeter's is more expensive too! So, I recommend going a few more blocks down the street, and wait in the line, because Johnson's ice cream tastes better, and its cheaper.

I visited Graeter’s today (05/10/22) for the first time in a few years, and it was a pleasant experience. The restaurant is classically decorated and maintains a clean atmosphere. They offer a variety of flavors to sample before you make your choice, and they also have cakes and other sweets for sale. Today, I tried their new summer flavor, orange cream, served in a waffle cone, and it was delicious. You can enjoy your frozen treat either inside or outside. Parking is limited on the side of the building and across the street. The staff was nice and friendly, and the prices were reasonable.

The ice cream here is incredible! Both the quality and portion sizes are very satisfying. I've tried all sorts of ice cream from various places, and I can confidently say this ranks among the best. The brief wait is definitely worth it for a million smiles. The staff is fantastic—funny, helpful, and genuinely appreciative. Plus, they donate to charity, which is a wonderful way to give back to the community. I'm absolutely going back tomorrow!! Wow!
Graeter's has the best ice cream I've ever tasted! It's definitely my favorite place. I treated myself to a free sundae for the day, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! I went with the turtle sundae, which was recommended by one of the employees, and it was absolutely fantastic!
I had the vanilla and pumpkin ice cream and it was very good. The prices are about like getting a coffee at Starbucks, so fairly good for ice cream of this quality. It was very good and very thick. Excellent quality for the price. The customer service was also fantastic as well.

Wonderful experience at this Graeter's location today. Brought a small group here and the employee working was very polite and helpful. Everyone got exactly what they wanted and it was delicious!
