Every summer evening, cars queue up around the building for hours, and there’s always a steady stream of customers coming through the doors. The management here runs things like a well-oiled machine. They efficiently manage both the drive-through and in-store lines, and the service is always friendly and upbeat. I just want to say, keep up the great work, Hilliard Graeter's team. You are all fantastic, and we truly appreciate you bringing us our favorite frozen treats!
Graeter's is my favorite ice cream brand from Ohio, and this location definitely met my expectations. We visited on a warm summer evening with a group of nine, and the staff behind the counter served us all quickly and efficiently. There is plenty of seating available both inside and outside at this location. This time, I opted for the flavors Boldly Bearcat and Buckeye Blitz.
We visited the shop late at night (around 11 PM) for some ice cream, as the other place in town had already closed at 9:30 on a Saturday. My wife enjoyed a small sundae that the staff cheerfully adorned with sprinkles and candy eyes. I chose a scoop of mascarpone-based ice cream. Both desserts were delightful and absolutely hit the spot for our late-night cravings.
As someone who is new to the area and Graeter's, I was eager to sample their ice cream. I chose the Hot Honey Crisp flavor, and I have to say, it was truly delightful! The creaminess and taste were incredible, and the crunch was perfectly balanced. However, with a single scoop costing $5.25, I'm not sure I can afford to visit regularly.

Besides its delectable ice cream, the service at this place is always outstanding! We really love stopping by after school. Even if the ice cream weren't as good, I would still come back just for the amazing service. That said, I’m a huge fan of the coconut chip flavor and all the sundaes!
The staff is always courteous and attentive when taking orders. The place is impeccably clean. Graeter's is a dependable option for ice cream, whether you're in the mood for a scoop, a sundae, or a shake. We love them all!
I had a wonderful experience at Sunrise with their Shamrock Sundae. The drive-thru service was friendly, and everything was served quickly.
