Came from out of town for a Dr. Appointment. The room we got was clean and cozy. Room 126. It was so noisey that my husband and I didn't get any sleep. People were stomping up and down the stairs, laughing and talking loudly out side our room. Vehicles were coming and going most of the night and when they locked their vehicle doors using their key fobs their horns on their vehicles were constantly beeping and people were also slamming their room doors. Sounded like a party place. It seems like people do not have any consideration or respect for others. never been soo appalled with the conduct and lack of morality and humanity in any hotel regardless of their ratings theni am from dealing with the night clerk at this location. i had booked and paid for a room for my gf as they dont accept temp cards shame on him for rejecting a clearly distraught and very recent widow with mental health issues and was travelling alone who was just in an accident due to the careless disregard for the safety of others who were street racing.not at all the hospitality as i would expect from a place called gramas
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! They charged our friends twice for one night, and STOLE $500 worth jewellery and other items from their room. They are an awful establishment and did not reimburse them for the double charge or the stolen property. I do not recommend them under any circumstance. Repeat DO NOT STAY HERE.
Nice enough place. Hasn't been updated in a while.. Otherwise comfortable, clean, and quiet. Loved the little restaurant for good coffee, breakfast and a few laughs from the staff. ??Walkability: Spruceland Shopping Centre is a short walk from the motel.
