I'm not sure if the restaurant is still called the Northern Lights Cafe, but that doesn't really matter. The food and drinks here are excellently prepared and served, and the seating area is inviting, complete with a comfortable couch and a flatscreen TV. It's a wonderful hidden gem away from the North and South Ridge lodges, tucked out of sight from the hotel entrance, making it convenient for skiers coming in from Jordan Bowl. Not many hotel guests seem to know about this place, and to my knowledge, the front desk staff won’t give you any hints about it.
