Warm welcome from the barman who had lived only about 150 miles of us in the UK! We had lunch , which was delicious and booked to stay overnight with my cousin and his wife. Our rooms were clean, adequate but a little tired. Our bathroom door did not shut at all, but Hey Ho! We ate in the hotel/pub for dinner and were amazed by the Chinese meal we received. Absolutely delicious, had to request a 'doggy bag' as there was so much we just couldn't finish. I would recommend for overnight stays, it 'fits the bill' without luxury
I had an incredible experience at this Chinese restaurant. I sat with a local and was pleasantly surprised by the fresh and delicious food. The portions were generous and the vegetables were incredibly fresh. The honey chicken we shared was a delightful change from the frozen package style we have had at other places. We also ordered the Shandy combination cooking special, which was very generous. I can't wait to come back as soon as possible.
Stopped into Clermont on drive down Inland Highway. Found a hidden GEM for lunch. Chinese Restaurant inside Grand Hotel. Has the usual Chinese PLUS great burgers! I had steak burger my husband fish burger and both were exceptional, served with great crispy chips. Too many to finish. How unheard of is that! Know where we will stop on the return journey.
We ordered our meals and sat down. Every time we asked where our meals were, they kept saying 10 minutes. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes before asking for our money back. They discovered that they had already taken care of the meals for the guests who were still sitting. We would not return to this restaurant.

We dropped in here after driving for about ten hours I had the ribs and coopers ale special for $20 and had to be the best ribs i've had ever.
One of the Best Chinese meals I have ever had,proberbly not the cheapest but excellent food and plenty of it,in other works be hungry.
I enjoyed the bark and chicken with gluten-free sweet sides at this restaurant. The dishes were delicious and did not contain any MSG.

Large means large , not a bad meal. Pub meals also available if you wish. Staff friendly in a relaxed atmosphere.
