The service at breakfast was worse than anything else. Even though there were a lot of seats outside, the restaurant lady told us not to sit there since there were only two people and led us deep inside where the lights were off. I thought it was racial discrimination and it didn't make me feel good. When I spoke to them in English, they made faces as if they didn't understand, and they only spoke in French, making communication difficult. I apologized at the reception when checking out, but I don't want to go again. Food drinks: Inconvenient breakfast restaurant service

The Gallia hotel is ideally located, close to the entrance to the sanctuary. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, the hotel parking (paid) is a real plus in LOURDES. The professionalism and kindness of the staff at reception, as well as at the La Belle Époque restaurant, should be highlighted. We will return with pleasure to this beautiful establishment.
