Arrogant and condescending waitresses (2). We requested for a highchair for our two year old daughter, which was brought to us but then when we asked whether we could have a small 'pastry ' fork for her to eat with and if there were any children options on the menu we were met with a dismissive look followed by 'No we don 't have pastry forks and there are no children options on the menu. You know, we 're not really a children 's restaurant '. First of all, what kind of restaurant doesn 't have pastry forks??? In any case, that last part of the waitress ' answer really triggered my exit response and we simply decided to get up and leave as there was no way we were going to enjoy the evening...
The food was (as always) excellent … a big bravo to the kitchen …. The beef and venison were grilled perfect … the polenta a dream The service unfortunately was lousy ….. i do not understand why the restaurants in the Rock village (priced at the upper level) are not willing to hire proper service personell !!!!
Really amazing the food as well as the waiters. And of course the wine selection is insane! (Don‘t listen to people coming here with kids a vinery is not a kids place or asking for meat to be well done...come on!
Was here a few weeks ago with Grup of friends, we all speak English, food was women, atmosphere amazing and service was incredible we had best waiters ever!!!!
