It's a great place to stop during long drives. I've been here twice and love the sandwiches, garlicky bean salad and easy to drink house cabernet. I would usually grab a bottle or two of wine to go. They have their own line of wine and a huge selection of other brands as well. Food is always fresh and taste great. Ordered an unsweetened iced coffee and it was bold and creamy, also very good. Pricing is very reasonable. Welcoming, cozy and a small shop that provides all the goodies. On the other side is a bar and restaurant for those who want a longer dining experience. Will definitely stop here again. Across the street is a Tesla charge station for those who need a electric fill up.
This is your best bet for food and Tesla charging for miles and miles. Their deli sandwiches are fabulous and easy to take to go. And now that they have an online ordering app, it's a quick turnaround. Their store has LOTS of goodies: gelato, fresh-baked muffins, cookies, etc. plus lots gift-able delicacies: jams, olives, oils, etc. They have friendly service, a restaurant, a bar, outside seating, large, spotless bathrooms, plenty of free parking and it's easy on and off the freeway. It's my favorite stop between Sacramento and the Oregon border.
I don 't like to post negative reviews, but I am doing so to help other travelers. I had Granzella 's Spaghetti with marinara sauce and a house salad. It was awful. The pasta noodles were overcooked and mushy. The sauce was heavy with tomato paste. The salad of iceberg salad was tired and wilted, barely able to hold up the pile of shredded cheese on top. The minestrone soup had a heavy base of beef or bone broth and overcooked vegetables. I couldn 't finish any dish. No more meals at Granzellas 's for me.
Great local place with local charm. I only had dessert and drinks here, but the dessert was made in-house and tasted fantastic. The drinks were also good, not watered down. The staff was friendly and the founder?s grandson was very talkative when we asked about the history of the place. If you like a unique place that just wants to serve good food and keep its customers happy, this is it!

We were dropped off here and I was a little apprehensive because of the 3-star average. I am happy to say that our experience was phenomenal. We had the prime rib burger and both were delish. They also have a market area filled with pickled vegetables, pasta, and other items. They also have a deli area where you can order sandwiches. I highly recommend this place.
so I went I yesterday morning for breakfast and my server Tammy was not very a server type waitress.... not once did she come checked up on us after our food came out. food was burnt as well. And after she brought our tag I had let her know. cause she didn't come check on at all. I suggest you have better servers!!!!!!
Nice road stop on the way to Oregon. Decent breakfast (some items need improvement), deli, wine and beer racks. Cozy old grandpa design and friendly atmosphere with good service. Men's restroom has a baby changing station, which is unusual. Tesla charging across the street.
We ordered 2 sandwiches. Turkey. Onions. Lettuce. Tomatoes. Extra mayo. Soft roll. We got a **** ton of mustard. We will not be back ever. $30 dollars and tip. Sh^t service

Good Italian food and a lot of atmosphere . What's great is that if you enjoy the food you can visit the deli afterwards and buy items (Italian) to take home.
FANTASTIC service for my first time here. Spent time here for a work event; white elephant! A great place to eat, meet and drink!
