Sept 2023, always wanted to eat here, and I am glade I did. The Chicken Salad Sandwich on Sourdough Bread that was grilled was DELICIOUS, and worth the 12 dollar charge. There is plenty of seating inside and there is outdoor seating. We sat indoors because we noticed the bees around the outside tables. The staff were friendly, and the inside was clean and neat. We noticed that when the customers left the table after eating a staff member immediately clean the table. All and all, I would definitely come back her to eat to try one of the many item on the menu.
So many vegan options ?? can we talk about the fries? Can we talk about them? Do they make them or do they steal then from the McDonald's next door and perfect them? The salmon avocado sandwich was pretty good! I loved the seeded bread and the beet flavor was not overwhelming. Also tried the veggie burrito and it was good! Much more flavor than I expected. Vegan mac and cheese is hard to pull off and this one was not the worst, maybe a 6.5 7 if you add some pepper.
We really enjoyed Grass Roots. We decided to stop for lunch while passing through and were pleasantly surprised. My daughter and I shared a vegan BBQ chicken bowl with a grain base, and also split a delicious banana muffin. I had a taste of my husband's chocolate banana pudding and it was amazing. The service was quick and friendly. I would definitely return next time I am in the area.
We were at Sleepy Hollow on a weekend and it’s so many people here! All restaurants at central streets were full. So this place a couple minutes walk, but there is plenty of parking, not too many people and food is great. We ordered burgers and it was pretty good burgers, service was good, clean bathrooms, prices are fine for touristy place. Highly recommend if you around!

My first time eating here. My gf and I were looking for a healthy place to stop in and get something good (that wasn’t fast food). I’m glad that we did. My buffalo cauliflower bowl was delicious and filling. Best part was that I didn’t feel heavy or sluggish. Great post-workout meal. Will definitely make my way back here next time I visit Tarrytown.
I am currently enjoying my lunch as I write this review. On a whim, I decided to order online because I usually bring my own lunch. I must say, I am thrilled with my discovery! I tried the marinated chicken bowl and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
Came here with my niece and nephew. My nephew says 10 out of 10 for the egg and cheese burger and my niece says when you say is that her burger and egg was yummy. I had the luv burger and it was delicious ?? but to top off our wonderful meal we had a fabulous brownie ??
Great tasting food, incredibly disproportionately much food for the cost. I paid $6 to ?add chicken to my salad, make this humble box a $17 salad. Unfortunately, this cannot contribute to inflation because their prices have always been the same.

Delicious vegan and vegetarian choices. Had the Korean BBQ Wrap, but have also tried many other things. Always good. Friendly staff. Not fancy. Simple place to sit and eat. They do a ton of take out.
I very much enjoyed the salmon burger and the cauliflower bites. The burger was not very good. I'd give it 5 stars otherwise. Great place to pick up or order at the counter to eat there.
