He used to be good, not now. Quality of ingredients inadequate (original sauces etc., service personnel mega overwhelmed, eternal waiting times at higher visitors rank, institution that has come years, cooking staff, smoking goes and untreated in the kitchen etc. The only positive is the view that seems to be melted to the end... Too bad they liked to be here.
