I pre-ordered a 16x24 birthday cake nine days in advance, but when I went to pick it up on the designated day, I found out that the cake was smaller than the one I had ordered. The staff could have called me to explain the situation, but instead, Nick acted as if he just realized the mistake. He was unable to provide a refund for the difference and said that the manager would need to handle it. He assured me that I would receive a call to resolve the issue, but it has been a week and I still have not heard from anyone. I will not be returning to this restaurant due to their poor customer service.
