The selection is somewhat limited and the portions are smaller compared to other small business donut shops I've visited. This visit, I asked for two boxes for my order since I was supplying donuts to two different locations. I was warned that I'd be charged for two boxes. Fine, no choice there since they had to be separately packed. Donuts are not too sweet but frosting is a little thin and spare, especially on the chocolate. The cake donuts are slightly crisp when you first bite in and I appreciate that texture. Staff is friendly. Overall, I'd only visit if I'm in the area.
Hands down the best donuts in the area! We've tried everything around, from Walnut Creek to Danville to Lafayette, nothing even compares. The texture of these donuts are amazing and just melt in your mouth. Pair them with some coffee and it's a match made in heaven. I go at least once a weekend and get a whole bunch. They're always best the first day of course, but they're also great later days especially if you heat them up a little. The owners are so sweet and it feels like such a family environment. Highly highly recommend!
The best donuts in the Bay Area! Although it may look like a simple shop, the quality they offer is truly exceptional. I'm particularly fond of their blueberry donut, which is the best I've ever tasted anywhere. The family that runs the place has been incredibly friendly and welcoming to us for many years. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot, even if you have to drive half an hour like I did, haha!

Everyone in Alamo knows these are the finest donuts around. My best friend's dad even sent her a box of these donuts overnight to New York—that's how amazing they are!

A real gem! I came in for a dozen donuts to bring to my mother in laws house. The donuts were so delicious! I had the maple crueler, which was wonderful a bit of crispness on the outside and pillowy inside. The glazed donuts and old fashioneds were also a hit with my family. I will be back again soon!
Wonderful, friendly service. Family owned for 20? 30? years not sure how long they've had this little store in Alamo Plaza, but we've watched the children grow from babies to now competently working alongside mom dad. Good donuts, too!
This is the best donut shop by far!! Everything is great, but my favorites are the vanilla cake donut with sprinkles, the filled chocolate bar, the chocolate old fashioned, the apple fritter, and the donut holes too!!
The donuts here are incredible, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. They always maintain consistent hours, unlike some other donut shops nearby. I highly recommend this place!

BEWARE OF OLD FOOD!!! Yummy if you can get in at opening, but they only make one batch so you will have to pick from crusty old stale donuts the rest of the day.
