I ordered two cheesesteaks from Great Steak in Eastland Mall. I watched the food preparer place raw meat onto the grill and, then, using the same gloves, used the spatulas to cook the meat. Later, using the same gloves that he had previously handled raw meat and the spatulas, he grabbed fresh bread to place the cooked meat and other ingredients. When I complained that he handled raw meat and then fresh bread, he said I got ya; I got ya. and proceeded to put on new gloves. Then, he went back with the new gloves and touched the contaminated spatulas and then went to handle fresh bread and other ingredients. I then complained again about the cross-contamination. We ended up just taking the food...
I should have read the reviews before eating here. They were not sanitary at all,, used same glove to prepare my fries and sandwich. My fries sat in grease before she dropped them. I used to love eating here when I was in Eastland Mall shopping, definitely not the same. My sandwich was gross she drench my steak in season before cooking so all I tasted when I ate my sandwich was the seasoning( ruined my sandwich). I will not be returning and do not recommend
I can understand delayed shipments being why they didn't have steak or fries, but I went ahead and ordered a chicken with mushrooms onions and cheese sandwich. New manager's came out several times from the back but didn't even acknowledge I'd been standing there for a long period of time. It took 25 min and the sandwich didn't have enough chicken on it to supply enough for half a sandwich. They were even out of coke. They might as well have closed.
Fries still cold in middle, not done at all. Sandwich aint great. Guess If he was more worried about making great food for customers instead of being on TV and talking to the security guard his food may would be better!! Wasted $12

The girls today gave the best customer service. And the young lady that was cooking made the best sandwich I've ever had from this place, and I've been coming here for years. She deserves a raise or a management position.
Great Service and great food! Jeff and the gang are always friendly and personable. You can tell the employees there really enjoy what they do. It's the best place to eat at the mall!
I really love their baked potato it was so good. Their chili is really good. I got a lot of chili for the price. I would definitely go back there and definitely recommending them.
Has gone down hill pretty bad. The last two visits are horrible so now I won’t go back at all. This time I found a hair in my cold food and then my friend found a lot in hers.
