This restaurant is terrible. The cheese wontons contained crab, which was not mentioned on DoorDash or anywhere else. My friend, who is severely allergic to seafood, accidentally ate one. When we discovered the issue, I called the restaurant, and that’s when they informed us about the crab. I emphasized the importance of clearly listing ingredients everywhere, but during our conversation, I was abruptly hung up on. When I tried to call back, my calls wouldn't go through. I used my friend's phone to get through, but when the manager realized it was me, he started yelling and denied that there was crab in the wontons, despite confirming it in my first call. I ordered a bag of chicken wings and was informed that I would need to wait 15 minutes, which I accepted. However, as the staff was preparing my order, he initially placed two wings in the bag, only to throw them back into the uncooked chicken. This meant I had to wait another 15 minutes for a bag of just four chicken wings. The service was quite disappointing.
I adore this spot! They offer sensational dishes, their menu is rich, The cook in that spot is a real authority in the kitchen, I enjoy very much tasting all their dishes. The dishes are always fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the guests is friendly. I frequently visit this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend this place.
I was visiting the area for a concert and I was really nervous about trying a random Chinese food place. But I would come back to Newark for this food! Everything was really good and compared to CT prices, super affordable. Chicken wings on point, lo mein really good, rice was great. I would definitely recommend. Heads up, it’s a cash only place.

They have made significant improvements. However, they still need to focus a bit more on customer service. Other than that, the food is excellent—I'd definitely recommend the dumplings!
