While in Manizales I could visit this restaurant twice. The experience was great, great service and delicious, clean simple food! Manizales is my favorite city in Colombia, but not a foodie highlight... Green Creation is a welcome change to the hyped restaurants that supply. Great food, fresh, natural juices made on site, not from pulp that is often promoted as “jugo natural” if you want to know what you eat and prefer a concept based on quality not to visit Green Creation and you will be a regular!
