We had a disappointing Sunday lunch with food that seemed to be microwaved rather than fresh. One staff member was attentive, but another was too preoccupied with their phone. This experience took place six years ago, so we hope that there is new management in place now and that things have improved. The presence of ice crystals in the food was unexpected, but it was the attitude of the barmaid that most upset us.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff they were very efficient in what they did they all had a smile on their faces and worked very hard Keep up all the hard work..
