Stopped for lunch upon a recommendation and informing the waitress we had a time restraint. We got our meals in sufficient time and wasn't rushed to 'eat and run'. Being on a Sunday, it wasn't that busy thankfully. I had the Jack burger with French fires and it was very good. One of my friends ordered a salad and it was huge for a lunch portion. We all enjoyed our food and worth the visit. We sat on the patio and the area is shaded by well placed trees on the street. They also had a soup or salad with half sandwich item on the menu and a brunch menu. Overall they had variety of dishes to accommodate all appetites. I would visit again.

Really welcoming staff and my order was taken quickly by a friendly waitress. After that it all went horribly wrong. Waited 30 minutes for the starter, which was passable. BUT my main stir fried vegetables was dreadful. Maybe stir fry is different in Newfoundland but the thickly sliced veg served drenched in a glutinous liquid accompanied by a dark brown mess of slightly burnt tasting rice is certainly a unique interpretation of stir fry. It was bad enough that I ate only a few mouthfuls.

The usual pub fare but with the live music it was a very busy place and took awhile to get a good seat. Had some home brews here for the beer crowd. The live music is a good draw here on George Street ...Greensleeves is one of a great many pubs to visit.

Went with 2 friends and we all had the fish 'n chips. The best I've ever had. Fish was light and the batter not greasy at all. It was a lovely warm day so we ate outside. Worth every penny! We loved it so much went back the next night with more friends. Book a table now

This is not a proper Irish bar. The staff are the rudest on George St. I was bullied off my table at 9.55pm to make way for diners despite other tables arriving after us. I would definitely give this pub a miss and try Kelly's or Bridie Molloys.

Two main issues we had with this restaurant was the loudness of the music, so loud we couldn't talk to each other, and the slow delivery of our meals. The beer was good, and the meals were hot and very tasty when they finally arrived.

Food was very good and service was top notch. Four of us when it was busy because of George St festival, but everything was great. Food was hot and good and beers were cold!

I had a burger, but the bun was the hard and dried up. My wife had the worst cod tongues ever. In addition, the food took a very long time to be served. Book a table now

We had tasty shrimps as a starter and delicious cod filet. the service was great. Unfortunaly, we didn't like the music so much. Question of chance!
