There is no doubting what is the main focus of this restaurant and they know how to cook them meats. Their tenderloin steak was indeed tender and their pork ribs was well cooked and tasty. The plating is standard cafe fair. Meat and a bit of mixed leafs and a drizzle of vinaigrette is about it. Chips were excellent and servings were generous. However, the ambience of the establishment is a bit too relaxed. I can understand low key and casual but this place is a bit confusing. We were a group of 12 tourists and we had a birthday girl in the group. We went to Blue Mountain in the morning and tried so hard to think of a place for a birthday dinner on the way back to the city. Luckily we found this restaurant here and called them to ask for reservation. The staff was so kind to arrange the details and also a birthday cake for us. Made the whole group a very enjoyable and unforgettable experience. I have fallen in love with the tenderloin steak. Been here a few times but each time, I have not been disappointed. Loved the mushroom sauce on the side. I'm more of a veggie person so I'm happy they let you swap the chips for seasonal vegetables. Definitely recommend to others!!
Restaurant was not busy but took a long time to order and then an hour later for food, fish was beautiful but lamb ribs fatty and basically inedible, mentioned this to wait staff but no redress, won't be back
