the place looked stylish and beautiful. Pizza reviews were great for this place, so I tried it. the crust of the pizza was so hard for a thin crust that felt it like cured chewing brot, taste was simply okay. margherita pizza was better than the pesto pizza. on the flip side I was charged $5 for chicken meat for only half the side of the pizza, was not even informed that when I requested for a topping, we found a paper package can be of salt or pfeffer in the pizza crust. at all these, the pizza is really over price, so the price-value gap of the pizza is huge. even pricier than the best pizza places of chicago! both the quantity and quality of pizza do not justify the paid price.

I ordered a small house salad with vinaiigrette dressing $8, which came in a small bowl. but don't let the little bowl fool you. it was enough salate to feed four people. the vinaiigrette dressing was simply oily. I ordered 18 pizza toppings: pfefferoni, jalapenos and mushrooms) $27.) overall the salat was ok and the pizza was good. if they like an expensive thin crust pizza with expensive toppings and expensive salads, then this is the place to come. they only bring four or more people to share at the cost of eating.

When I went to grimaldi’s, I greet the only Gentleman pizzas for the rest of the night and he didn’t speak back. customer service from the window, only there to make pizza visible and could not even make it right. while I understand grimaldis charcoal brick oven pizza thema, I had not expected that my pizza lukewarm or tastes tea. that is clear that this is less the brand location. in general I just want people to come back to customer service, it goes far. I won't be back.

the pizza was soggy when she was served. my opinion is that there are too many toppings to have a good crispy crust. I ordered the don, bruschetta trio and cocoa’nana cheesecake. I couldn't eat the pizza with my hands because of the soggyness. also the restaurant faced a flight problem. the flows of each size were swung around. the bruschetta was not good or bad. the cheesecake was super delicious.
