The food was good, and the person who took our order was attentive. I expressed a concern about my drink, and the young lady handling it was responsive and understanding. However, I noticed her inform the manager, CJ, about my issue, and he just smirked without making any effort to address my concern. Earlier, I had observed him prioritize the needs of two white men whose order had been "misplaced" because they didn’t take their table number with them when they moved. This experience highlighted a troubling disparity in how customers' needs were addressed by this establishment under CJ's leadership.
I visited this restaurant after a long, stressful week. The woman at the counter must have noticed the stress on my face because she recommended the 21+ bar upstairs, where I could sit, order at the table, and choose from their full bar. I happily went upstairs, where I was welcomed and immediately asked if I’d like a drink. They also let me know they’d return to take my food order. I never had to search for my waiter, as he was attentive and made sure everyone in his section had what they needed, which I greatly appreciated after the week I’d had. I will definitely be returning to this place again.
We had a great experience at Grindhouse. We were in town for an event earlier in the evening that ran longer than we expected. As a result, we arrived at the restaurant within an hour of closing time. However, we never felt rushed. The person who took our order was patient and thoroughly answered all our questions. As it was our first time there, we had quite a few. The server who brought our order to the table was friendly and made certain that we had everything that we needed. Our food was perfectly prepared and delicious. I would highly recommend the chili cheese fries.
I had the Junior Grindhouse burger along with onion rings, sweet potato fries, and fried pickles. The burger bun and toppings were fresh, and the beef was juicy and flavorful. The sweet potato fries and onion rings were crispy and delightful. However, the fried pickles were quite thick, so they didn't taste as great as I had hoped. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, and the prices are reasonable for such a generous meal. I highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for a premium burger.

I visited this restaurant on the 19th and found the service to be very slow. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries, and it was just average in taste. However, I woke up at 2 AM the next day feeling unwell, experiencing a burning sensation in my stomach throughout the day. In the past, my meals here were fine, but this time I couldn't shake the feeling that I might have eaten undercooked meat or something similar. Given this experience, I won't be returning to this restaurant.
I really appreciated the variety on the menu, especially the option to create your own burger. I ordered a double burger with American and Swiss cheese, along with some chili. While I thought my burger could have been cooked a bit longer and had less pink, the flavor was outstanding. The bleu cheese on the fries was incredibly delicious and authentic, and the bacon was the perfect finishing touch! I will definitely be returning.
We did a pickup order yesterday. She got her usual turkey cowboy burger but it had no bacon on it n wasn't seasoned. I got my usual yankee beef burger that had very little blue cheese n wasn't seasoned at all. We go to Grindhouse at the airport every time we fly out, 4 to 5 times a year and they are so much better there(both places). Needless to say we were disappointed and won't be going back to this Grindhouse.
First time visiting. Went around 9pm. Upstairs is a bar. There is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. But most of the tables weren't cleaned. I love how you can customize your burger to your liking. I got the black bean burger, and it was ok. It had no flavor. However, the brussel sprouts were good and the fries...BOMB! So crisp and flavorful.

Food was delicious; we ordered Euro style hamburger and was very good. We sat at the upper patio and the atmosphere was awesome, we were able to talk without being annoyed with loud music like most of the restaurants these days. Chaunce our server was cordial and very attentive. We?ll be back
Good burger joint. They are always super nice to my dog (pit mix) and will bring her water without me asking.
