Family business with high quality and freshly cooked dishes. Franconian hosts rooms ambience where you sit comfortably and eat excellent in a good selection of wines: from basics of German cuisine to wild or vegetarian dishes, there is something seasonal for everyone. And the homemade desserts are an absolute palate! My secret tip: Bavarian cream. But beware: who wants fast food is wrong here, fresh food needs its time. Always happy!

Inconspicuous inn with excellent cuisine! We came here by chance because the pizzeria had closed at the castle Weißenfels. Greeting from the kitchen was an avocado cream with duck breast, main dishes sour roast and veal scavenger, dessert mousse. All very tasty and plentiful. In addition, there were still home science and stories about the Schönborns. Very recommended!

It was perfect for a week with a 7-strong cycling group. Mr. Hofmann has this stuff to the top cook!
