In diesem Hotel hat man die Technik nicht im Griff! Am ersten Abend keine Fernsehprogramme im TV abgespeichert...nur Zettel, die nicht stimmen. Auf Anfrage hört man nur "ich weiß auch nicht...ich sage dem Hausmeister bescheid. Nachdem ich mir Abends in 3stündiger Arbeit die Programme heruntergeladen hatte, wurde mir dann am nächsten Abend eine Senderliste präsentiert, die auch falsch war, weil HD Sender angegeben wurden, die nicht funktionieren. Die Halterung der Duschbrause ist kaputt Duschbrause fällt immer nach vorne und aus der Halterung) ...Instandsetzung wurde zugesagt, aber nicht umgesetzt!!! Also selbst mit Leukosilk repariert! Kein Wohlfühlfaktor...nicht zu empfehlen!

We had booked an overnight stay with breakfast. Everything went without a problem from check to departure. The service was very friendly as it is always in the Erzgebirge. Everything was available for breakfast and it was prepared friendly cocoa for the children. We felt very comfortable. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4
Eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück hatten wir gebucht. Alles lief Problemlos von Check in bis Abreise. Der Service war sehr freundlich, wie es im Erzgebirge immer ist. Fürs Frühstück war alles vorhanden und es wurde freundlich Kakao für die Kinder zubereitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Service: 5
