Guanajuato Mexican had a generally tidy appearance, though my table had some leftover food from previous guests. The dishes arrived warm and tasted decent, but nothing stood out as exceptional. I found the prices to be a bit higher than I expected or would have liked. On the positive side, I appreciated that the avocado came in larger slices than usual. The only server seemed very focused but slightly irritated, likely because she was managing everything on her own.
