After waiting twenty minutes, I returned to pick up my order, but it took a little while for her to locate the boxes in the back. I didn’t think there were enough containers, so I repeated my order and asked her to confirm that everything was included in the bag, and she promptly assured me it was. However, once I got home, I realized I was missing an order of nachos and the tres leches cake. Thankfully, there was still a good amount of food, so we managed to share it, and it was nearly enough for the three of us (we added a few items from the fridge), but it’s disappointing not to have received what I ordered, especially after repeating it three times.

I’m thrilled to have found an authentic Costa Rican breakfast here! Having lived in Costa Rica for five years, I can confirm this is the real deal. Gallo pinto, eggs, fried plantains, queso—absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, portions were generous, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant features stunning murals and beautiful Costa Rican decor. Five stars all the way—I’ll definitely be returning!
No complains about the food which It’s really good, but the customer service could be better. I usually order for pick up and I assume my order will have utensils and any salad dressing, if I am ordering a salad. Long story short; No dressing, noutensils. Mejoren el servicio al cliente. The best food I’ve ever had in this area! The service was outstanding. I tried the Churrasco with black beans and rice, and everything was perfect. The owner is always present, making sure you feel welcomed and comfortable.
