I recently moved to the area and decided to give this restaurant a try for the first time. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. The dried shredded beef was neither dry nor shredded at all. When I called to check if I had received the wrong dish, I was told by someone (with the chef yelling in the background) that they had sent the correct order, but it might not be dry upon arrival – and it was swimming in sauce! The fried rice was soggy and overcooked, while the dim sims and spring rolls were greasy and overly battered. I spent $80 for a meal that was of a lower quality than what you'd find at a food court buffet. I won't be returning.
We decided to grab some burgers for lunch on a Sunday, and I wasn't sure what to expect. Luckily, the restaurant was open and they seemed capable of whipping up anything we wanted. The Chinese woman who prepared our burgers had no idea she just made me the best beef burger I’ve ever had. It would take too long to describe everything that made it so delicious, but I definitely need to return and see if she can replicate it. If you visit this place for a burger, I truly hope you experience the same 10 out of 10 that I did. I just love it when a business and its food exceed my expectations! 1. I was yelled at for simply asking questions about the menu items.
2. The place was extremely unclean—sticky floors, a smoke-filled atmosphere, and dirty tables. Additionally, the staff seemed to lack basic customer service skills.
If working with customers is not your strength, perhaps you should reconsider your career choice. For a better experience, I recommend walking a little further up the street to Boom Boom Thai.
As for the food, it was disappointing; I initially tried to give them a chance but ended up throwing it straight in the trash. They really need to improve.
This place reuses food that they don't sell. I saw food sit there for like 6 hours. I went to school, came back home and saw it still sit there. Half the time the cook isn't in the store. Since last time I passed the place the cook was in another store. The store also smells really bad. The store also looks rundown. Last time I bought chips it smelt really weird. I'm not a fan of wasting food but I had to throw that in the bin.

I was a bit unsure about ordering after reading the reviews, but I'm so glad I did! The short soup was delicious, and the fried dim sums were amazing as well. I also tried the Honey Chicken, Beef with Cashews, and special fried rice. All of them were absolutely fantastic—definitely 20 stars! I can't wait to order again.
The dining experience was quite challenging. It was hard to navigate the menu, and the dishes didn't seem well-connected. Additionally, during my visit in the UK, communication was lacking, as there was a mix-up with the meat options. Overall, the food was overly complex and did not meet my expectations.
Forgot to put order together properly and when contacted were zero help in understanding the situation as I could not drive and pick up the order due to injury and was trying to change the subject every single time I was saying how they could get the rest of the order to my address.Really poor service.
I ordered fried ice cream, but instead of frying it, the server just took two frozen fried ice creams straight from the freezer. The ice cream tasted like it had been in there for two years. I will not be returning, as the service was extremely poor.
