During our last visit, the server awkwardly tried to open a bottle of wine on the table instead of using the provided wine bucket while fetching glasses. There was no tasting offered, and they poured our small glasses as if they were serving brandy. To make matters worse, we received ice-cold coffee with our dessert, which certainly did not enhance our experience. While they did offer to make a fresh cup of coffee, who wants to wait when the cake is already served? This should not happen, especially during such busy hours.
