Employee: *laughs again,* "I don't see why it wouldn't be; it's only been 10 minutes."
Customer: *checks the food,* "It's not hot."
Employee: *takes the bag from the customer,* "Well, how do you know? You didn’t try it."
Customer: "It's not hot, and I don't want it. I want a refund."
Employee: *laughs a third time,* "A refund? Oh, I'll get right on that." Then she walked away, and the customer had to ask the hostess to find someone who could process the refund.
As I write this, we still haven't been seated and the wait is now approaching an hour. Update: After waiting...
We arrived in New York City and headed straight to Chelsea Market to celebrate our daughter's birthday. It was a Wednesday, so while it was lively, it wasn't as crowded as it usually gets on the weekends. We ordered four lobsters—two weighing 3.5 pounds each and two at 2.0 pounds—for our family of four. They were steamed fresh and absolutely delicious, with claws as big as our hands. Although the price was quite steep, we felt it was worth it for this special occasion. The only downside was finding a place to sit, as securing a dining spot can be quite a challenge. Luckily, we managed to grab a couple of stools at the bar.
I ordered a pizza, chicken tenders, and garlic fries, and everything was perfectly cooked! The chicken tenders were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The garlic fries were golden brown and had just the right amount of garlic flavor. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for the fantastic food!
During my visit to Edwards from Texas, I heard great things about this restaurant. The roadrunner calzone is absolutely delicious—I’ve ordered it twice! The customer service is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They also offer a nice variety of beers on tap. I will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I have tried at least half of the items on the menu, and the food has consistently been fantastic. They offer a wonderful selection of local craft beers served in large, frosted mugs. The prices are reasonable, and the service was excellent.
I visited this place last night, and the food was absolutely delicious! The staff were exceptionally friendly. You definitely won't be disappointed! Make sure to come hungry because you won't want to stop eating their amazing dishes!

I absolutely love Guido's Pizza! I've recommended it to many friends and family, and they now consider it their favorite pizza place too! The prices are always reasonable.

The food was decent but not especially memorable, and the wait time was over an hour. That's not exactly a promising sign to encourage customers to return.
