We were three adults having dinner. We loved the off the beaten track location in a disused water mill with tables indoors and outside overlooking the river. You can actually see fish in the water below and hear the sound of the water as it flows past the mill. We loved this little family run business which is only open for the season. We opted for plain old fish and chips whilst my mother had perch fish with a white butter sauce. The food is good plain food but it is more about the relaxing place and the nice view. The service is very friendly and accommodating. Be warned that you must not be in a rush because everything is cooked to order by the owner and it can take time both to be served...
Took the family for the fixed Sunday barbecue. Absolutely marvellous. Great starter salad course . Excellent fish and chips , very good size portions and lovely dessert. Of course lots of red wine flowed too. Sat outside on the balcony overlooking the river and had just a splendid time
A good restaurant with a nice setting, possibility of eating on the water with barbecue boats, activities to do, everything is there. The staff are adorable and have a pretty, talented singer who offers a concert on Thursday evenings! I recommend
Bucolic setting of this old mill, well converted into this restaurant. Very good service! Gourmet and very good meal! We recommend eating there if you are in the area!
