I heard the ramen was really good, so I come to try. Located inside the busy food court I imagine it must be fully packed on the weekend. I come at weekday around 7pm, waited for around 10 mins in line and 20 mins for the food . The shops looks really busy as there are only 3 staffs. The ramen is good, it just not for me. I ordered mega ramen and share it with my sister. The mega ramen include almost everything on the menu, the chasu, bbq pork and the ribs. I ordered regular and we struggle to finish it anyway. The bbq pork was the best, really tender and juicy. The broth is really thick, oily and has really meaty flavour, which I found out not to my taste. The noodle is not bad as well. Ove...

One of the best ramen I ever had. Recommended by a Japanese friend who approved it. The order took long but thats ok, the place was packed and I guess the kitchen is not big enough to handle a heavy rush. The food court its a bit small so get ready due you could not get a table where to sit. The customer service was divine, that lady makes the experience even better, high class. The broth is a bit thick so make sure you let them know in case you want it more runny, besides the fact that even the regular size is huuuuge and makes you full in seconds, you better be extremely hungry. I finished it all and then went to the counter to say thank you and get a beautiful green tea ice cream, simply...

This is arguably the best ramen place in Sydney! The ramen is served in thick tonkatsu broth which is the highlight of the meal. Its so good that if I could, I would eat here at least twice a week. Unfortunately I do not live...in Sydney. Only downside is that too many people love this place as much as I do. So, you'll have to wait your turn till your order comes through but its definitely worth the wait. I noticed that they've expanded their kitchen to keep up with the demand. But the queue is still there after so many years. This place is a definite must try!

my best tonkutsu beard in sydney or anywhere in the world (without japan natural~! I also love the kewiness of the nudel. they also have one of the best chili bombs that add an additional aroma layer to the already rich broth. It...is my top 3 along with yasaka ramen (kakuni and super thicke like gumshara and ryo noodle (best juicy char siu with sufficient thicker suppe.)
