They seem to just do a good mix of everything so if you can't really decide what you want. This could be a good choice since they don't do anything really good or anything bad.
It's hard to find a place to accommodate both Shanghainese and Sichuan Spice flavor bud. That's the one. The key of their dumpling is Nanjing style not Shanghai. You can get different from what you have tried before. The minced meat inside the mix with much more soy source goes more to the sweet side.
