The male kitchen lead and his son were very rude. A customer accidentally walked off with our order and when we brought that to the kitchen leads attention, he began yelling aggressively and saying he didn’t care about our order. We just wanted our meal and go about our day, but the lead just kept yelling “just leave just leave.” We did end up getting our food, thank you to the blonde girl working in the kitchen along side this aggressive man. He was a short asian man and didn’t care when we nicely asked for our food, but seemed surprised when we began yelling back. I’m sorry for the employees who have to deal with him.

Extremely rude short haired, large headed Asian male. I believe he was the lead or something but he was extremely aggressive and nasty towards customers. He cries when people don’t sprint to grab their order as soon as it comes up and then starts yelling at the staff for seemingly no reason. Someone who looks like his son also works there and clearly took his fathers poor genetics. Very sad.The food was average at best and was not worth dealing with the degenerate owner going on a tirade about such trivial things.

There is no way the workers could have known, so this speaks to their character. I had a major injury recently that came with some brain fog totally forgot they closed at 3 and pulled up at 3 on the dot. The wonderful team said of course we can make it before they even mentioned that they were closed (ooooops). Excellent sandwiches, super nice staff great job all around

I typically visit the Plymouth location, but this one is quicker and offers better portion sizes. The staff at the counter are friendly. Although the bagel sandwiches are a bit expensive, they are definitely worth it. My go-to order is a sandwich with smoked salmon and a raspberry mocha, which always tastes great. Book a table now

This bagel shop is the best in the area. The bagels are consistently great, although I took off one star because the works bagel can be inconsistent. The muffins are also fantastic, with the chocolate chip being a family favorite. The coffee is excellent too, making this spot a great overall choice.

Grey haired kitchen leader yelling at my retired veteran mother for someone else taking her order. How this has more to a one location is beyond me. Any business build on this type of toxicity is doomed to fail at some point.

Always a great sandwich ????! The bagels ???? are fresh and nicely toasted. I got the club today but my dad loves the BLT . It was also nice to see everyone in masks and sanitizing as they went about their duties!

I happened to be in the area and stumbled upon a hidden gem! The staff behind the counter were friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. The bagels were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Book a table now

There are plenty of choices at this local bagel shop. Tasty bagel flavors and homemade cream cheese. The BLT is quite the sandwich if you are picking up lunch.
