We booked a large group late evening and they kindly accommodated our group. They were able to adjust the spice to cater for our group and the food was absolutely delicious. This was the best Indian food we have had in years! Considering we are of Indian origin, this place is highly recommended. The staff were superb and friendly. We did some research as we were travelling from Cornwall for a stay in Torquay and were drawn to this place based on the reviews. I can confirm the reviews are absolutely spot on! A classic family run Indian, not professional looking but rather, Indian, waitress wearing authentic Indian dress and restaurant looks more like an indian eatery. The jungle I.e. Camp curry, one of the nicest I 've had!. Highly recommended from the Indian food critique that happily gives 1 star reviews. I will certainly be back!, you 've not seen the last of me!!!. Fantastic food, great atmosphere and service. We have dined here on a number of occasions since moving to Newton Abbot, it is our favourite place to eat in the town. Family run, it is professionally run and clean with a great menu. We will be returning again and again. Thank you.
