Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken

This is my take on the Original Gus's. They should do better. The exterior signage is minimal and smells of used Old Grease. Has a rotten garbage smell in the lot. The potato salad was not it. The chicken smelled like outside had came in. And the macaroni was bland. I have a great sense of taste and smell but will take the franchise in Memphis Tn over the Original.

I ordered here once and forgot to add the spice or even salt to the chicken stall. It tasted like corn starch. When I called them, they wouldn't refund it or replace it. I just said I'm the first person to complain to me as if I didn't tell the truth. The food is usually really good, but they have no good customer service.

Chicken was so good had to wait until it cools down. She was good as usual. Kay was waiting for us, she's always so nice. We love Gus's

Mom! The chicken was lovely! Hot and juicy the fried pickles were perfect a great thank you for a wonderful meal.
