Horrible service. Placed a group order and had to call to make a change to the item because of a coworker allergy. Whoever was working the front lied and said order was pickup when I literally called right after I place it. I asked her specifically was the ordering being delivered right now she said yes fast forward 30 mins and the food hasn?t been delivered so I called again and she said it was Just picked up again. Its so stupid and unprofessional if you?re too lazy tochange a order say that or get a competent worker to do so now one of my employees is without a proper meal.
Gusto! Chastain location NEVER fails me. I use the catering option but will also get prepared bowls. The food is delish and the customer service is 2nd to none. It could be just a bunch and love and care , a little of fairy dust .... I'm not sure what makes these bowls taste sooooo amazing. We are just outright addicted!!!
