I 've commented many times to friends this would be the best business in Giessen simply for the fact it is always busy, winter or summer. The owners/chefs do the best burger in Giessen indeed, great fries and it 's all in a non-commercial atmosphere. For those 'real ' spice lovers, ask them about their hot sauce. Personally I would rate it about 6 out 10 for spiciness, but for Giessen it is decent. The also own the cafe next door and make superb coffee there; nice atmosphere.
Not the regular burger parlor. With always changing menues you can choose from different kinds of burger. All made from local ingredients. Buns, pattys or sauces are not the franchise kind Burger. You really need to try it out.
The classic Martin is something special, Maren as well if you prefer chicken. Super place for a quick food, the place itself, especially in winter is small and not so nice but the food is fantastic (and not that cheap)
there is often a struggle to find a place outside the summer, but this simply shows the quality of the burgers, the changing menu, high quality ingredients
