Negative 5 if I could. Customer service is disgusting. I’ve thought about writing a complaint the last three times I’ve been there. Won’t be going back ever again. Last time the mangers was so rude after explaining to her that the order the gave me was wrong, she didn’t want to hear it. This time I waited in a queue for over 20minutes to get my food. My chips were basically frozen and I paid more for what I ordered as they got that wrong also. I then had to wait again in a queue to let them know. But this time I had to wait at the speaker twice for the staff to “speak to her manager” and then be spoken to as if I was new customer that drove in. I explained what happened again. I had a disappointing experience at Browns Flat due to the extremely poor service. Tiana, the staff member at the counter, was quite arrogant while taking our order. The loud music made it difficult to converse, and when we asked her to turn it down, she claimed she couldn't hear us because of her headsets. Additionally, they served us a dish that wasn't what we ordered, and when I pointed it out, they replaced it without any apology. The food was decent, but overall, I have no intention of returning to Browns Flat.
I visited the restaurant twice over the past two weeks, hoping for a better experience because I believe in giving second chances—in this case, multiple chances. Each time I went in the morning, I was the only one waiting, except for one occasion when I had to wait 10 minutes for two servings of guacamole for my toast. From my very first visit, the avocado has always been stringy and brown, making it inedible.
always stuffing my online orders, once I decided to dive and they gave my partner (vegetarian) meat instead of shredded mushroom. how hard it is to see swap rice for salat. looks like rice on the photo. I love gyg, but only not these storevegetarian options: great options have only hard ways to read the grill clips.

this Mexican franchise is my favorite go-to-restaurant for Mexican cuisine. I decide the nacho fries with pulled pork and phuong tran decides for the tacos with salsa filling. our dishes are ready to take in 20 minutes. Eat here is always freshly prepared and delicious. good food and good value for money!
I came this morning after a long journey and ordered two spicy chicken burritos. Unfortunately, each burrito contained only two small pieces of shredded chicken, with the rest filled to the brim with rice and beans. It felt like a serious waste of my money, and I won’t be returning. Very disappointing!
great service and good food. the guzman y gomez at browns plains is one of my favorite shops in the chain to go with the comfort of the drive thru and this load makes the breakfast burritos! I enjoyed all my meal here, I usually get either the bark afteros, bark enchilada or the breakfast burrito.
We’re waiting in drive though for a online order and had to knock on the window as the young girl inside ignored us. She then rolled her eyes walked over opened window. Got my order. Was not impressed with the eye roll and the attitude so disappointing and such bad customer service.
