I absolutely adore the corn chips at this restaurant. I visited once and ordered the spicy chicken nachos, which were delicious. The corn chips were the perfect thickness, crunchy, fresh, and not greasy. The spicy chicken was tender, fresh, and flavorful. The service was also excellent.
The initial impression of Gypsies was tainted by the unpleasant behavior of the staff. The service was not up to par for a dine-in dinner experience, with prices ranging from $20 to $40 per person.
The Mexican food at this restaurant is usually well-prepared, not exceptional but also not bad. It's just good eating. Hopefully, the franchise continues to be a staple in Australia.
Great range of Mexican food, as to be expected from this chain the food is really fresh and very tasty (though I am only eating the vegetarian options).
