The picture is the main course. It's $28 for what's shown, plus a salad and a false soup. The Katsu was about the length of my hand, while the two Teriyaki fish were smaller than my palm. According to volume, I have more cabbage than anything on the plate. IMO the portions were small, but it is a Japanese restaurant, so I give it an average rating. The Katsu was tender, but saw something burned. Overall, Katsu was good. They gave me a hot mustard with the Katsu sauce, which I thought was interesting and the sauce gave a nice kick. I'll do it alone if I have the chance. The Teriyaki was nothing great. Avg. The corn and Lima beans were probably frozen out of a bag (stung a little considering t...

My sister gave a lunvheon birthday party for her husband, visited 17 of us. The room was pleasant, with plenty of space, so we could walk around and chat with everyone. The only retreat was that we got a waiting staff for everything. He did a great job, but not a timing. For he also had another large group of about 15. If you spend almost $800 tips, you can expect more service than a person. I only have good things to say about our waiter, but criticize management for their planning of employees when they knew they had reservations for so many people. Overall, the waiter made badly scheduling on the managers, and if this is their practice, then the owners of the facility should think their r...

Nice restaurant for family meals. They really downsized their menu, they no longer have any noodle dishes. They should definitely bring them back. Good food; sushi and combination meals. They require masks at all times unless you're actively eating or drinking. They take temperature checks upon seating and require you to wait outside until you're called for your table. I love their green tea ice cream, a must to finish off my meal. They also no longer give origami for children. All staff members are wearing masks. Bathrooms are only one person at a time but people don't read and still come in when someone's inside.....

I had better Japanese in much smaller or less well-known restaurants. My experience made me feel quite relaxed. The food didn't measure for what I paid for it. It seems that this place is quite overestimated as my experience went. I would rate it with 2.5 stars because the sushi was good and the atmosphere was good.
