I booked a reservation here on a whim after a long hiking trip and was genuinely impressed with the food. The menu was inventive and inspired, but not in an intimidating way, and the dishes I ordered came out better and with more originality than comparabledishes I have tried. For example, they prepared the beet tartare with a creamy dill sauce and (what I think was) fried shallots.The combination of textures, flavors, and freshness was excellent. I was really struck by how well balanced and nuanced the dishwas and immediately noted the quality. Given the caliber of the food, the prices were substantially lower than anticipated.Highly recommend coming here.
