There’s definitely something off about this place. The food is good, but they clearly struggle with communication—especially when it comes to online orders. More often than not, my order is incorrect, which is really frustrating. Just to update my review: I don't know why I keep giving this place another chance. The service is absolutely terrible; they can’t even take a simple order, and the food is often undercooked. Plus, the prices have gone up. I think it’s time to say goodbye.
Something is really wrong with this place. The food it good but unfortunately they either don’t understand what’s being said and definitely don’t understand when you make an order online. Food is 90% of the time incorrect and that’s just horrible. Had to update, idk why I try with this place. Absolutely disgusting service, can’t take an order and then the food is undercooked now and the prices went up. It’s time to say goodbye.
I usually visit the Gyro Spot in Hicksville, which has been my favorite place for Halal food for years. I was excited to see this new location in Elmont, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The gyro was tasty, but I’m accustomed to being able to customize my toppings instead of just being given what they decide should be included.
I normally go to the Gyro Spot in Hicksville. That has been my go to spot for Halal for years now. Was happy to see this new location in Elmont. Not the same. The Gyro was good. I'm just used to being able to add things to the Gyro. Instead of just being handed whatever they think should be on there. Book a table now
The customer service at this restaurant leaves much to be desired. Although the food is fantastic, the chef's attitude towards customers is unacceptable. He made it clear that he doesn't appreciate our patronage, even though we've been loyal customers for several years.
This restaurant is awful. I've ordered from them around six times, and three of those times they got my order wrong. They clearly lack cooking skills. I ordered two zinger burgers but ended up with two kofta kabab burgers instead. I will never order from them again.
Poor meal presentation. When ordering a lamb gyro and fry dinner I received barely any fries with my meal at $15.99 Zero help calling the restaurant as I ordered threw door dash. Will never ever ever order from here again.
I ordered there for lunch today 07/05/22 The lettuce and Tomatoes on my gyro was rotten and they also forgot my drink that I paid for .Never Again!!!!!! they get no stars .you can not post without a star. Book a table now
The staff here was very unprofessional; they didn't use gloves or hairnets while working at the grill. The management needs improvement. My takeout order took 25 minutes to prepare.
