I spent over $30 on my meal and it was served cold. When I called to politely address the issue, the staff insisted that they had not made a mistake and were dismissive of my complaint. Despite claiming that they only needed 1 minute to prepare the food, it arrived cold. The staff was rude when I tried to explain the situation and I quickly realized that the only warmth in the restaurant was in their attitude. I do not believe people should support a small business during a pandemic only to receive cold food and rude treatment. I strongly advise against dining at this location.
This restaurant serves incredibly delicious Greek food that is the best around. Their new addition, the loukoumades, is particularly yummy. I really enjoy dining at this place, as they excel in authenticity, taste, and total customer service.
This lovely restaurant is a hidden gem with delicious gyros and quick service. I highly recommend Gyros and More to fellow diners.
