The grill was not working correctly and took 1 hr to cook 4 meats that should take 30 seconds each We did not receive a refund or any apology from staff or a manager This location should have management from the Brea or Beverly Hills location retrained on customer experience and kitchen protocols. We are essentially paying for the equipment to be able to cook the meats correctly and our dinner was ruined
The portions were generous, and the customer service was excellent, thanks to a very attentive manager!
