I probably will no longer order from Gyu-Kaku. Today I ordered a doordash order like usual, this establishment messed up and gave the driver the incorrect order. When I called , although they were apologetic, they offered no real solution. They told me to spend more money by purchasing a soda so they can remake my food, that they originally messed up on, and have it delivered. They refused to deliver and they refused to contact DoorDash themself to have them refire it. When I asked to talk to management, I was told no because the manager will say the same thing I was told. I am totally turned off by this establishment because of the way at they chose to not fix the situation that they caused...
Great idea. Cook your meats how you want them. 1 star off for the package deals. We were 3 people. My wife daughter liked some of the meats better from the party of 4 package. There’s no substituting so we did that one. It said $42.50 per person. As the food came out we got food for 4 . So we paid $170 for 3 people. The empty seat got a soup that we didn’t eat. Double salad,that wasn’t even touched., etc. So you’re paying for an empty seat.. some of the meats were fatty. Next time we go will create our own package from the Al carte menu.
I ordered the $68 All you can it ULTIMATE Menu. The meat was so salty that I felt like I was eating a chunk of Himalayan salt on my tongue. so, The food was so salty that I ordered a salad. I've never had such a salty salad in my 56 years of life. All the food was too salty to eat, and the only thing that wasn't salty was ice cream. Without conscience, the tip was over 18%. Two people paid $174 for this terrible meal.
The service was great the gimmick of doing the cooking yourself is cute all but the food was nothing to rave about. $38 for a strip of meat a small bowl of rice? Ridiculous. Not enough food for the price therefore I was still hungry afterwards. Totally not worth it.

The food is fantastic and the staff is friendly, though they occasionally take a while to return. I wasn't a fan of the drinks; I tried two different ones and both had too much grenadine and seemed to be overly strong.
It was first time visiting Gyu,Kaku... Food was amazing service was perfect waiters are very helpful if you don't know what to choose they are helping and recommend best ones for you
I like Gyu-Kaku's delicious food!!!? Dinner course is very very perfect! I recommend this restaurant highly to 3-4 people gathering!
My grandchildren had an amazing time; we will definitely return!
