I want to share my experience with a fantastic spot where I've been getting my children's birthday cakes for the last two years. My kids absolutely love the dark chocolate ice cream bars that they sell in supermarkets. I'm sure many of you have noticed that they don't actually make their own cakes, but when I visit the ice cream shop, they do an incredible job. The round chocolate cake I ordered was paired perfectly with a chocolate ice cream pie that tasted just like the ice cream bars we all love.
I ordered chocolate chip cookie dough for myself, rum raisin for my mom, and raspberry sorbet for the sis. SO GOOD!!!! My moms biggest issue with most American ice cream is how overtly sweet they are. But not this one! It’s just right. The women (owner? who helped me was really nice too. Wish I would have gotten her name. Great place (a little pricey but worth it !
The ice cream cake here is incredible! The staff is extremely friendly, and being a family-run business makes it even more special. The hotel is situated in a fantastic outdoor shopping mall, making it a lovely place to visit.
FINALLY!!! 4 years in NJ (Boston transplant) and not until I found this store have I had a fabulous, thick, rich, REAL frappe. I never knew Häagen had actual ice cream shoppes. So much appreciated!

The place is good to try out different flavors of ice cream and cakes, but it would be even better if their staff was more welcoming and communicative with customers.
THEY NEED TO MAKE SURE THEIR EMPLOYEE KNOW HOW TO COUNT MONEY BECAUSE IT SEEMS THEY CANT. LONG LINE TO GET AN ICECREAM COSTUMER SERVICE IS TOO SLOW NOT THE BEST.
