If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I walked in to pick up a DoorDash order, only to be informed that they had given it away to someone else? Don’t you have trained staff to verify the DoorDash driver's phone for order confirmation? Perhaps it’s time to hire better-trained employees and consider new management, as this place is clearly going downhill.
OK so this place was awesome at first. Great customer service, efficient process, etc. It was a well oiled machine if you ask me. The ice cream tasted amazing. Well until we noticed hair in both of our ice creams. We were already half way home and half way through the ice cream so we ended up throwing them away in disgust :
